The Jeanette Room - The Jeanette room
combines rich hues of deep scarlet and gold. This room has a queen-sized
bed and a beautiful marble-topped dresser. The view out of the windows is
serenity itself, with the moss-covered live oak trees that have graced Lilian
Place for over one hundred years. The adjoining bath contains a stained
glass window as well as a deep, jetted tub with overhead shower. The Jeanette
room will help you to escape the stress of the outside world.

The Jennifer Room - The deep, peacock
blue walls of this room are elegantly offset by the gold and white of the
room's decor. The queen-sized bed looks out through a canopy of live oaks
shading the lush, green lawn as it slopes gently to the river's edge. The
double slipper claw-footed soaking tub, with its hand-held telephone style
shower, is designed for two people. This is a perfect place for sharing
a bubble bath and a romantic conversation.

The Victoria Mary Chesley Room -This
room is our master suite. This luxurious red and gold-toned room contains
a king-sized iron bed. The three floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to gaze
out over the lush landscape of Lilian Place to the river. The room has its
own sitting area with a couch that pulls out into a queen-sized bed. Victorian
window shades grace each window and the original heart-of-pine floors have
been restored to their original luster. The bathroom, with its warm, brass
fixtures, has two pedestal sinks and a separate shower. Turn down the lights
and enjoy a leisurely bubble bath in the two-person, jetted, claw-footed
tub. This suite is a perfect place for a romantic escape.

The Marion VerNetta Room - This rose-colored,
romantic room is on the first floor of our Carriage House and is ADA accessible.
The Marion VerNetta room is an elegant room that has a large, tiled, roll-in
shower. The queen-sized bed is covered by a beautiful ribbon embroidered
quilt. Lose yourself in the southern charm of the Spanish moss hanging from
the trees and the bougainvillea vine that climbs up the side of the Carriage
House-all right outside your room.

The Jessica Terry Room - This room, one
of our Carriage House upper level rooms, has its own private balcony with
a spectacular view of the Halifax River. This room has a queen-sized bed
covered by a handmade, jewel-toned quilt. This room is a true step into
Florida's past. It has an original, cast iron, claw-footed soaking tub with
hand held telephone style shower. After a long bubble bath, you can walk
through your French doors to the balcony, where the smell of honeysuckle
floats on the breeze.

The Erin Suzanne Room - This room, one
of our Carriage House upper level rooms, has a private balcony that overlooks
the Halifax River. The room, decorated in crisp shades of blue, has a queen-sized
bed. The romantic double slipper claw-footed tub has a hand-held telephone
shower, allowing you to bathe in luxury as you watch the magnificent sunsets
over the river. Moving through the French doors to your own balcony, you
can continue your evening by sipping a beverage and watching the boats and
dolphins go by.

* Cancellations Policy
Deposits (less 10% service fee) will be refunded if cancellation
notice is received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival - 30 days
notice required for special events.
